The article shows that current legislation is far from being harmonised and rather resemble a mosaic. Prof Dr. Rolf H. Weber explains and compares the approaches of Switzerland, Lichtenstein, the European Union, the USA, and Eastern-Asia. He also states that regulation should remain flexible since the technology is still under development.
