Biography

Merens Derungs is a research and teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law at the University of Zurich. Merens is a PhD candidate whose interdisciplinary research focuses on the tokenization of shares. He analyses all private law aspects and the technical implementation of digital shares under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hans Caspar von der Crone. Merens holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen and is a Swiss qualified lawyer.
