Everybody talks about NFts these days but only a few know what they are and how to deal with them – let alone the business and legal aspects of this brand new exciting trend. Covid times have impacted the lives of the people in the world with restrictions and limitations on social life, art exhibitions, sport events and networking hubs. Yet, the digital world was the answer to bring people together in a different dimension. As thrilled and excited we might be about this new wave of decentralization and digitization, we might not be well educated or informed about the related risks and challenges – especially in legal & compliance areas, which can turn to be very costly, if you are not well prepared, well educated and well equipped with professional advisors and supporters.
